This place is awesome! They keep you updated on your car and the came and picked my car up when I was unable to bring it to the shop! To top it off the even give you a warranty when they are finished.

The crew here are very professional and friendly! They checked my car quick and verified the problem! They kept me updated the entire repair process! I'll def be back! I'll be recommend all my family and friends with any and all car problems to come see Mr. Transmission! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!

I had to have my car towed in because unfortunately the gas stations gas delivery driver mixed diesel in the premium tank and put the premium in the diesel tank. As soon as I started driving it all hell broke loose with me car. The car got towed into mr transmission Monday morning they started checking it for me then had to flush out the bad gas, clean out the system and change the spark plugs and fuel filter. My car is a performance car so I was worried the diesel would mess it up but mr transmission made sure everything was fixed and running right! Got my car back and it's driving perfect! Thanks mr. Transmission!

I had noise in the front end of my car. Took it in talked with Amberly. They fixed the problem haven't had issues since. Great group of people very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Every time I have gone to Mr. Transmission Amberly has gone above and beyond to help me and in a timely matter. They have not only helped with transmission problems but with my brakes shocks and tune ups. I will never use anyone else.

I was having trouble with my 2015 Expedition. My car literally sounded like it was going to blow up and would shake. I dropped of my car with Amberly and Nick in the morning and they called to let me know what was going on by lunch the same day. I made an appointment for the next day and the repairs were finished by closing. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, fast, reliable service. These guys treated me with respect and took great care of me. I will definitely use them again for any car trouble I have in the future.

Their communication skills overall are terrible. If you ever get a phone call from them, they are incredibly unclear, unless it's Amberlyn you're speaking with. It took them 2 days to get my timing belt replacement STARTED because I was in class the close of the first business day they had it, so I couldn't take their call, and the second business day, Amberlyn was out sick, and Bill has severe CRS, so he didn't call me back after my initial call that second morning. In addition, my car was tossed, and my GPS unit is missing. How's that for awesome service?

This is a very nice group of people. They are generally very friendly & willing to speak with you. I've had a prblem with my car from when I first purchased it used. They were even willing to work with me on my repairs. Everything isn't perfect, and since the repair, my vehicle has been fine for the most. I just recently had an issue after about 2 months, but they scheduled my in as soon as I called. Overall it is a pretty good shop!
