This man Tim Page is a con man. Do not give him any money up front. In fact do not allow him to do any work on your property if he does decide to show up for a brief appearance. Have a look at the BBB site of an F rating as well as legitimate reviews on other sites where he has conned people. Wish I did!

I would NEVER do business with this company again. They are very unprofessional. I paid them a deposit (which was my first mistake) and hence the name "Same Day Repairs" They didn't come til 6 days later. I had a hole in my roof that needed repair and I expected it to be fixed the next day after I hired them( they provided me a contract which stated work would be completed in 24 hours provided weather was okay). The weather was sunny and they had no excuse. The owner was VERY rude to me when I called him. I wanted a refund, so I could hire someone else. He refused to give it to me and told me to take him to court. They then showed up finally after 6 days to do the job and left debris all over my roof. I have a trash bag (which they asked my neighbor for) sitting on top of my roof along with a pile of wood. I am unsure weather the work was done right. I am also calling the BBB. I didn't know there were companies that practiced this way and was very surprised that YP would advertise a company like this. I would NEVER hire this company EVER again!!!
