I always get the best treatment from Carol and her staff

I was a regular customer there until 5/17/18. They are greedy crooks! My daughter was there and she asked for gel polish. She even wrote down what she wanted. I went out to run some much needed errands and my daughter sent a text saying that they were upgrading her service after telling them she didn't want it if there was an extra charge several times. I hurriedly returned to the salon and they already started it. I asked them the reason why they did it. And they acted as though they didn't understand what I was saying and started speaking their language. The lady said there must have been a misunderstanding and I asked them how could they not understand the word "NO." I talked with the owner and told him that I will never come back again and he said "Whatever!" They are money chasers and they do not value their customers at all!!
