no panic....just results.....This company is my "go to"..for all my plumbing.... THEY FIX WHATS BROKE. Enough said. A special thank you to Roger...who got here, fixed my disaster (a broken, outside facet) gushing water with no way to stop it. He worked thru pouring rain, no complaints . I called Keith the Plumber around 8 am and by 10:30 he had one of his guys at my door. Can't get better service than that. OUTSTANDING company and very professional. Not only will I use them again, I will absolutely refer them to all my friends and family.

Great same day service. I had originally used one of the large established plumbers to clean out my sewer line and they walked off the job without fixing the problem. I was referred to Kieth the Plumber and they cam out that day and worked until late evening. They wouldnt leave until the problem was fixed. And they cleared my sewer line. I will recommend Kieth the Plumber to anyone and will use them again the next time I need a plumber.

Excellent same day service. Worked until 9pm to solve the problem. I had originally had another plumbing service try to fix my sewer problem and they walked away without success. Kieth and his team worked until it was done. I would recommend Kieth the Plumber to all and will use them again.

I can't say enough good things about about this business! They've been to my house multiple times for plumbing issues and are always so helpful. I even had an emergency on Christmas Eve and within an hour of calling Keith, someone was at my house. Donny is the one who always does the work at my house. He's so nice and professional and just goes above and beyond every time. Their prices are reasonable, they're always punctual and responsive and just a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone for any job, big or small, and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that come up. You really can't go wrong with this company!

Fantastic guy, punctual, diligent, I will use this company again and refer them to my friends. Very informative and personable! Reasonably priced and was able to give me price range of specific services offered by the company. They performed a water heater flush and multi point plumbing inspection on 11/6/14

I wil not use Keith the plumber because he was a no show for our appointment in which I had scheduled for 2 weeks around his schedule, and I had to take leave from work. He never called my cell phone at which he had the number from our original set up date. He was aware that I work during the day. When I got home to meet him, I had 3 messages on my home phone that day from him for me to call. I called him back to discover that he was not in Cullman, and had no intention of being in Cullman for our appointment. His additional comments insinuated that he did not want the service call, even though his advertisement and verbal statements clearly state Cullman is one of his service areas. My time is as precious as his and I will never call him again nor will I recommend him to anybody.

Great customer service. Came the same day I called and had my well up and running so we could function. Very nice employees and cost of job was reasonable. Will use again.

Attentive... punctual, courteous, and reasonably priced, Keith The Plumber, (Keith and Donnie) aims to please. Trustworthy, they are accredited with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. A leaky shower head and a leaky pipe in bathroom sink has been repaired! We are very pleased and hope to call for additional services soon.

I contacted 6 different plumbers and all of most of them would return phones calls, or emails. Some of them wanted to charge 5k, for a 2.5k job.

Then Keith's crew came out and gave me a fair quote, and did everything they said they would do. Keith has always answered the phone, emails, and even text messages.

His crew is just As dependable and friendly as well. They even fixed problems I paid other plumbers to do.

I'm confident in their work, and am going to have an awesome bathroom. Thanks keith!

Dennis answered the service call within two hours of my call in. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough.

I have had 6 plumbers, a sewer specialist and a pump specialist to my home to try and repair a toilet that kept stopping up. I had spent about $3000.00 and the toilet still was not fixed. I had been told there was an obstruction in the line leading from the toilet to the reservoir outside the house by 4 of the plumbers, there was a "belly" in the pipe that collected waste that led to an obstruction was the report of the 5th and the 6th one cleared the line and said there was no obstruction and he couldn't find a reason for the continued problem.

Dennis reviewed the paperwork, business cards and questioned me at length about what I had been told. I explained that I had been told by four of the plumbers that the obstruction was in the pipe laid under the cement pad the house sits on and that I needed to get an estimate from a general contractor to make the repairs. The general contractor said to rip up the hardwood, jackhammer the pad, repair the pipe and then put the house back together would be $20,000.

Dennis diagnosed the problem as being a faulty toilet. The tank was not ejecting enough water to move the waste through the system. He replaced the toilet quickly, effeciently, cleaned up and completed the task for a lot less than $20,000! I am so grateful to these guys and I can't praise them enough. Keith called after Dennis left to see if I was satisfied with the job and I couldn't be more so.

I will use them again and strongly recommend them to others. These guys are just the best

Got there when he said he would. Charges were reasonable based on my internet research for the cost of this repair. Extra charge for coming out on a holiday weekend was also resonable in my opinion. Very professional and repair was done quickly.

They were called out to fix one busted pipe in the bathroom. Before starting, they estimated it costing $250 when Roto Rooter came out with a price of $750. It ended up being more than one place water was pouring out with the highest point being on my fourth floor. The man wasn't discouraged but told me I had a big problem but he was going to get my water back on leak free.

Keith showed up as promised, did the work quickly with a pleasant attitude. Prices very reasonable! Will not hesitate to use him for all my future plumbing needs!

I called KEITH at 6:30 A M .He answered. I was impressed. Sent a guy out .ROGER . Roger great guy,and plumber. New Hardware on an old tub.Good price after slight negotiation.

Keith the plumber was great. He came at the time he said and even called 30 min before arriving to confirm. He unclogged my main drain and was considerably cheaper than Roto R. I will use again for any problems I have.

Keith the Plummer camento my house to unstop a clog. My kids and me and my wife couldnt take a shower for 2 days. Keith came out and walked me through every step. He is very affordable too. Did a better job and better price than the other 3 plumbers I called. He was very informative and so helpful. Keith came back early the next day to check things out and was a lifesaver

Keith the Plumber and his employee did an excellent job with my service work that needed to done. He showed up 15 minutes before Keith had said he would be here, and he stayed after the work was complete to make sure there were no leaks after the work was completed! I will definitely use Keith the Plumber again, and pass his companies number along to friends should they need a plumber as well!!
