the sales transaction went well but it's been problem after problem since then. we were told that they could grade and install on the same day because we have several dogs to put in a kennel. when the installer called he said he had to grade and install on separate days, yet when the weather screwed up his plans he said he had to do both on the same day. so obviously he could do it on the same day, he just didn't want to. when the pool was being installed i noticed they were putting the wrong liner in, they didn't put the ladder together, they didn't tell us that the permasalt filter wasn't connected and therefore we would need to do that so we ran the pump without it which basically screwed up our chemical balance. then a few days after installation water started shooting 6 ft high out of the pump. the installers didn't tighten the fitting on the pump so the hose shot off. thank goodness we were home otherwise the pool water would have been all drained in our yard. we've had the pool 2 months and the liner had a hole in it. it was like pulling teeth to get the company to send someone over here to take care of it. We had to drain the entire pool and now have to fill it again which will add $100 to our water bill. this company does not report to a head office and do not have set guidelines to follow. beware.
