The customer service is terrible, and the chicken is dropped into the grease several times after it has been sitting in a basket for hours. instead of cooking chicken fresh each order. they drop old chicken into grease to heat it back up over and over again. Is this sanitary or healthy. Seems as if the wait times would be short, but it was a long wait due to employees talking and holding conversations with their friends. very unprofessional. don't see how they are still in business.
