I've used East Lake Tire for a while and it lately it seems like they just don't care. The guy didn't put the jack all the way under the vehicle and bent my fender up by putting the weight of the vehicle on it. When I asked to speak with the person in charge about it, the guy told me he was in charge and then he got two more guys to come and tell me that it was on plastic and would put out as soon as he let my car down. When he let it down, sure enough it was on the metal and I was left with a dent that I have to pay to fix because of their carless workers

Excellent people they are straight to their work and they work within a few minutes of arrival. Cheap and reliable for any person. Don't spend money on new tire when you can visit Eastlake Tires

Watch these crooks. First they put tires on that were so bad I had the car aligned. Pepboys said it was the tires. Went to ETS only to be treated like I was the one who screwed up. BEWARE THIS BUSINESS. There is a great one by Express Oil in Eastlake. I have my doubts about how many who work at ETS ARE even legal to work in the country.

HONEST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE! I go to East Lake Tire for all my tire needs. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a fix. They are honest about your best option. They'll suggest a tire patch (if possible) before they ever try to sell you a new tire. I appreciate that they don't just try to sell you a new tire every time. Great team. Great service. Great product.

Great prices, product, and labor. Employees are very familiar with product and process. Extremely fast, with 10-15 minute tire changes, and no waiting time. Nowhere in Birmingham will you find cheaper used tires & service!
