Rachel saw me on short notice! She is phenomenal at what she does! I highly recommended her especially if you are in pain like I was. I will definitely return.

Rachel has been providing sports massage therapy on me for over 4 years. She is very specific in her technique and has made my training much more durable and injury free. Very experienced in deep tissue and stress relief.

My husband and I both are clients of Rachel and have been for at least two years. Her technique is perfect for both of us. I have degenerative disks in my neck and lumbar region and he has hip issues. Rachel has been able to help us stay on track. She always uses the right pressure and finds the areas that need the most work which allows for a perfect relaxing message with medicinal qualities.

I am a triathlete and Rachael does a great job. It's an important part of keeping me injury free. This is a therapeutic massage! Sometimes it hurts but she really knows what she is doing and getting your body back in place.

I injured my back and could hardly move. I went to an orthopedist and a chiropractor with very little relief. After a few massages with Rachel my back significantly improved and I was able to return to my normal daily activities. I highly recommend her services.

I am so happy I found Rachel. Her pressure is awesome! I have gone to so many massage therapists and none of them really found that one spot in my low back that is always bothering me. Rachel found it though and she did a fantastic job on my neck too!
