Cool Breeze is a fabulous company. Court is so professional and great to work with. He has come to our rescue a couple of times and then also helped with my mother-in-law's home when a previous contractor left her in a mess. Thank you Court! We will absolutely recommend you to others and call you for any and all future HVAC needs!

First time using this company they came out at 830am and put a brand new unit in my house. Very good people very dependable very honest very trustworthy would recommend this company to anyone. Never took a lunch break so we furnished them lunch they got our unit up and running by 6pm.

My first experience with Cool Breeze was several years ago in an older home. My AC unit quit cooling and I had an infant at home. I sent them a message in the middle of the night and Court was out first thing the next morning. The unit was 30 years old and I was sure that I would be pushed to replace it. To my surprise, Court said that it was just a $40 relay, replaced it on the spot, and said that if it's not broken then there's no reason to replace it. WOW. How refreshing. Flash forward to last spring... I had a unit in a newer house fail and called them out. Barry came out, inspected both of my units, and we came to the conclusion together that both of them needed to be replaced. I also needed to have a 3rd unit added to a bonus space. Barry gave me my options, wrote a quote on the spot, and even called Alabama Power to set up my loan through them. They started work on my system the next day and had all 3 systems installed within 2 weeks. They ran into some wiring issues in the design of the house and needed to cut into some drywall. Within hours, a professional drywall team arrived, repaired the holes, matched the paint, and even touched up some other dings around the house free of charge!!! Court and Barry treated me, my property, and my family with respect. When they left, you couldn't tell they had been there, except for the fact that my house was cooler than it had ever been. A year after the install, everything is still working flawlessly. I will never call another AC contractor to work for me again. Cool Breeze is amazing.

Seriously AMAZING! I cannot stress how amazing Cool Breeze came to my rescue when my AC went out! I have never experience more courteous and knowledgeable Tech. They arrived promptly, serviced my AC unit, not only that the tech was kind enough to explain the maintenance it requires so that I don't let it get to the point of where it was. Something I also noticed is how they cleaned up after they were done. Great experience overall. I highly recommend their services, TRUST - you will not regret it.

You are probably reading this because you are having air problems as I was just a week ago. I was drawn to Cool Breeze initially because of the reviews here. So now, my problem solved, I wanted to contribute my own.

Upon speaking with Court on the phone and meeting Brandon in person, when he came to assess my problems, the other glowing reviews here were validated. The whole team was a pleasure to meet and work with. Prompt, courteous, friendly and professional they got the job done beautifully and treated me fairly and honestly. They are obviously working hard to build a great company, as well as fix heating and air problems. You won't go wrong choosing Cool Breeze.

Great service and price. Our unit was over 25 years old when it quit. I knew we needed a new one. I called Court at Cool Breeze and my husband called his friend that owns a HVAC company. (His "friend" did not answer and we later found out it was because he had a new phone and did not know who was calling.) I explained to Court what was going on and he ask when the best time would be to send someone out. 2 days later, Brandon showed up on time, spent about an hour looking at the unit and answering all my questions. Before he left, he went over our options then he emailed quotes for 4 different units in the size we needed for our house. Later that afternoon my husband called his friend because he assumed I was getting ripped off. His friend came out the next day and his price was over $500 more than Cool Breeze and that was with the "friend" discount on an off-brand unit. I am happy to say that we chose Cool Breeze. The installation took less time than I expected and they didn't leave a mess behind. Kevin called the next day to make sure we were not having any problems and that we were still satisfied. My house is warm and I am glad I chose Cool Breeze.

These guys are awesome! Very professional and friendly. Here is my story. Air went out, called a different company because a co-worker recommended them. Terrible idea, I won't say the companies name on here, but they looked at the A/C unit for about 15 minutes and decided I needed a new unit all together. Considering that my current A/C unit is only 7 years old, I opted for a 2nd opinion. I called Cool Breeze, like I should have in the first place, and he came out and tried to solve the problem instead of just replacing it with a $4000 unit. He was at my house for 2 hours working on my A/C trying to resolve the issue. Everything is working great at the moment, but if something else happens, I have no doubt they'll come back and try to resolve it! Don't make the mistake I did and have someone try to rip you off. Call these guys and have it done right the first time.

Outsanding Service and Proffesionalism !! Our air conditioner was not working properly, so we called Cool Breeze. Court came out the same day and made the minor repair. I feel like any other company would have tried to make the problem bigger than it was, but with Cool Breeze you don't get that. You get honesty, proffesionalism, promptness, and a company that really knows what they are doing. This is not the first time we have used Cool Breeze, and it will not be the last. I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone. Great Job! You guys are the best!!

Honest, very fair pricing and top notch professionals. My AC went out in the late afternoon, I called and they were there next early afternoon. If you want a great contractor for AC or any other product they offer call these folks you will not be disappointed.

Awesome AC service! Court and Cool Breeze are punctual, reliable, fix the problem, clean up after working in the area and actually follow up with their service provided. I have called them on two separate occasions for two separate problems and each time they show up that day and fix the problem!! Easiest company I have ever worked with! Very professional as well!

I can't say enough good things about Cool Breeze! They were very prompt in coming out, they not only diagnosed the obvious problem why my AC had quit working, but also helped me fix the problem with getting heating and cooling to the back of my house. I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job in getting my AC working again and they did it at what I felt was a very fair price!

Best customer service that I have ever received. Court and his people at Cool Breeze have come to the rescue not once but twice! They are always on time, willing to work carzy hours to ensure my families comfort, and all at a decent price!

I came to find that I had NO air and found myself in an immediate panic. My friend recommended Cool Breeze so I called them. To my surprise they were willing to come out that night even though it was later than 7:00 pm. They gladly came out and not only quickly diagnosed the problem but fixed it right then. They were so understanding and knew that I was worried. Within the hour I had my air back on and felt so much more at ease. The only worry I had left was how much they were going to charge especially since they came out after hours. To my delighted surprise it was a more than reasonable price! I would recommend this company to anyone because not only were they thorough but they are completely trustworthy! I couldn't sing their praises loud enough!

One of the big name companies in town installed a horrible heat pump at my house that after several service calls and issues ended up crapping out on me 5 yrs and 47 days after it was installed. Their estimate to replace the part that had been out of warranty for 47 days was ridiculous, not to mention they have borderline harassed me about an annual service contract since the day it was installed. Lesson learned about going with a big name company without doing some research first.



After a couple of more estimates came up with about the same results, I found Cool Breeze here on the Yellow Pages. My appointment was scheduled between 4 pm - 5 pm; Court was at my house promptly at 4:15 pm. He completely researched and diagnosed the problem, gave me some options and I had an emailed estimate that night. No pushy sell tactics!! Because of the problems I've had with my existing unit, I opted to completely replace my miserable heat pump even though it was less than 6 years old with a new Carrier since his quote for replacement with a better unit that had a 10 year warranty (instead of 5 yr) was only 22% more than the best quote to "fix" my existing unit. I called Court the next morning (a Saturday) with the go ahead. He and an installer were at my house within a couple of hours in 90 degree mid-day heat installing the new Carrier. They cleaned up everything; they were polite and generally just good guys. Saturday night it was cold enough in my house to "hang meat" as my grand dad used to say. I have already recommended him to a friend and plan to call Cool Breeze for my small business needs in the future as well.
