I have been taking my dog, a poodle, to Classy Pup for over five years now… Lisa has always met or exceeded my expectations, she's very friendly and helpful and does a great job with my dog. My dog requires a little bit of special attention because she's a rescue dog, Lisa and her staff have always been very accommodating, I would recommend her to anyone of my closest friends or family!!!

I have been a customer of Classy Pup for 22 years! My 2 poodles (who have since passed away) , my yorkie and my little mixed mutt, have always been well taken care of at Classy Pup! Now, after actually working at Classy Pup for 2 years now, I can appreciate just what goes into grooming a dog! I have found that a lot of hard work, Years of experience, plus a love for the animals, is just what Lisa, the owner of Classy Pup, puts into her job! I would definitely recommend bringing your pup to be groomed at the Classy Pup!

I have been using Classy Pup for almost 10 years now...I had used several other groomers prior to finding Lisa at Classy Pup...and now she is the only one trust with my dogs. I have taken my fosters and my own to her and she has always paid attention to any special needs...especially with a foster that was so badly matted and scared enough to need medication to finish his first groom. After that he loved going to Classy Pup since he knew he would look and feel so handsome. Lisa's eye for detail on my regulars has helped find cysts and she handles my senior girls with special needs so well we would not even consider using anyone else but the Classy Pup.

Classy Pup is the best. I tried several other places that either treated my dogs poorly while they were there or did a bad job. My dogs always look great and they are treated with love and care while they are at Classy Pup!

We take our Cookie to Classy Pup throughout the year. She gets the best shampoo and cut. She comes home a very clean and beautiful doggy. Service is excellent and the animal care is wonderful. We give Classy Pup 5 Star Rating!

We love Classy Pup and so do my furry children. Jaida and Ollie are always treated well and they come home strutting around like they own the world!!! The owner, Lisa, is a wonderful person and groomer. I would recommend Classy Pup to any body who has furry family members who need anything from a nail trim, bath, flea treatment to the full groom package. Thanks Lisa & Classy Pup!!!

Fin started going to Classy Pup several months ago. The previous place I took him he always had ear infections and now he has not had one. Classy Pup was recommended from one of my best friends who loves Fin and has six dogs that get groomed and loved at Classy Pup. I trust when I drop Fin off that he is in good hands, he looks and feels great when I pick him up. She does a wonderful job with his groom, nails and he is loved at Classy Pup and it shows :)

I've taken my Brussels to Classy Pup since he was a few months old - he is now 6 years old. He is always beautifully groomed and happy to go for his bath. The customer service is excellent and Lisa is attentive to the breed of dog and the cuts she provides. My previous dog was very difficult to groom, having been slapped numerous times by a groomer in New Orleans. Lisa was very patient and loving with him and groomed him until his death. Even though I live in Mountain Brook, I am happy to drive to Hoover for their services.

I took my little shih tzu here and the cut was awful! It was uneven and sloppy. The price was even worse especially considering the quality of work. The customer service was great...but unfortunately my little doggie may need therapy.
