I love how relaxing this place is. It is such a treat to go there and get a facial with Jacqueline. The place looks great, and the staff is so friendly. I have had microneedling and laser treatments as well. I love the results I have had so far.

I love Azia. It is so quiet and relaxing. It smells so light, like a field of wildflowers. The staff is very knowledgeable and Liz and Jaqueline do the most amazing massages and facials. Very conveniently located right off 280 in Chelsea, but you would never know it, there is no traffice noise inside. It's like you stepped into another world! Will definitely be a regular.

I have used Azia Medi Spa several times now. They offer a beautiful, relaxing environment, attentive and helpful customer service, and a high value and quality for the prices they charge. I will continue to use Azia and would recommend it to anyone!

Azia is just an awesome place to have your relaxation and cosmetic needs handled! I am going for Venus Freeze on my abdomen. So far I have had three treatments and I am liking what I see. Dee has been so pleasant to work with! The staff is wonderful and welcoming. I am definitely recommending them to all my friends.

Azia Medical Spa is the best place around for massage therapy (with Jennifer!!!) and they offer lots of other great services, too. I have had several services at Azia, and have loved every one of them. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very professional in meeting all your spa needs. Give them a try and treat yourself! You probably need it more than you realize. You'll be so glad you did it!

Azia Medical Spa is an awesome atmosphere with great staff who provide great personalized services.

I recently had my first (but definitely not last visit) to Azia Medical Spa. I had a GroupOn voucher & was a little concerned that I may be shortchanged because I was there on a “coupon”. All my fears were immediately put to rest from the initial phone call to make my appointment. I had let time get away from me and had less than a week to use my GroupOn voucher or lose the promotional value. The lady on the phone, Katrina I think, was understanding & made me an appointment for the next day. Bonus point because I was able to get my appointment on a Saturday.



When I arrived, I was greeted by name & offered a drink. After paperwork, I was introduced to Jennifer Pyles who explained that she is double licensed and would do both my massage & facial. I was extremely pleased with this because it allowed me to stay relaxed throughout the treatments and not have to move into a new area. Jennifer was professional, attentive & through. Her pressure level was perfect & she checked in occasionally to make sure it stayed that way. She even surprised me by telling me she could tell I was right handed & spent a lot of time at a computer due to the tension level in certain areas. That really showed me how skilled she is. After the massage, Jennifer moved directly into my express facial. She walked me through the process & gave me a brief skin analysis. She suggested products & services I could benefit from. She was also kind enough to suggest some over the counter products when I asked about them. After the appointment, she left a list of the items & services we discussed at the front desk for me.



After my time with Jennifer, I was allowed to wait in the sauna while the nail technician finished with another client. The temperature was just right for relaxation and I had to avoid nodding off.



Next, Badri Roshan, the nail technician came to get me for my manicure. She was a very nice lady with whom I enjoyed talking. I loved her accent & chatting with her about her background and what drew her to Birmingham. As a testament to her work. I have received several compliments on my nails.



As I checked out, I neglected to get the name of the lady at the front desk but she was very friendly and helped me run my card to leave a tip for Jennifer & Badri. I loved that while I was invited back, no services or products were pushed on me. I am looking forward to all my future visits and spreading the news that Azia Medical Spa is money and time well spent!!!

this was an awesome spa, with such a relaxing and luxurious setting. It was clean and comfortable, the masseuse Kay did a fantastic job, and I can't wait to go back!!

I've been going to Azia Medical Spa for over 2 years and love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facility is inviting and calming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my spa needs.

Tried many services and the staff and services are wonderful. I have to say they are not happy unless you are completely happy with your service(s) you received. They really listen to what results you desire and explain what you can expect before you commit.

I have been a client a Azia since they opened. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The services are outstanding and reasonably priced. I very rarely have to wait as they keep appointments on schedule and timely. Krista has worked with me for both medical weight loss and skin treatments. She is always readily available for questions, extremely concerned with getting the desired result and client satisfaction. I have also been a patient for Dr. Cox for both botox and dermal fillers. Krista assists him during my treatments. Dr. Cox is always most concerned with giving me the proper treatment for the results that I want. He is very honest and caring and always desires to keep results natural rather than over doing it. Both Krista and Dr. Cox are caring and professional and I am always pleased with my results. They are both more than willing to make adjustments if a client is not satisfied, although I have never had to go back for that. They also call after a procedure to make sure you are satisfied with your results, which is rare for most spas. I could not recommend Azia more highly due to the staff, the relaxing facility and the wonderful staff and service they provide. They truly care about the clientele.

This Spa is by far the best in Birmingham. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, classy ambiance. I have recieved treatments from both Krista Guy (Laser) and Dr. Cox (Botox) I have never felt so comfortable. Azia is over the top accommodating and will make sure you leave with the best experience possible.
