Terrible customer service. They really could care less what problems you have with your apartment. NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE THERE CARES!!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THEM! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT, AND UPPER MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED FROM ANY BUSINESS IN MY LIFE!

I am a resident of one of their apartment communities, The Grove at Tates Creek in Lexington, KY, and had a problem when I was recently admitted to the hospital. I spoke with the property manager, Sarah Arnett, who agreed to let me pay it when I was released without a late fee. When I tried to do so they refused to accept my rent. I spoke with the manager, Tammy Wyble, who referred me to her supervisor, Jim Reffelt. He admitted to a miscommunication and refused to do anything to solve the problem. He then told me that I could file a complaint which would eventually come back to him and make no difference. I have never been treated so rudely and as if I didn't even matter not only as a tenant but as a customer. He said he was the president and there was nothing I could do and I could barely believe what was being said to me. It was a horrible experience and I recommend that no one moves into one of these rental properties. There is no communication, no courtesy, and absolutely no leeway. I plan on breaking my lease as soon as possible and will make sure I never move into anything owned by Arlington Properties again. If you become a tenant of theirs, you will regret it!
