Internet Service is consistently slow or down completely. When you work from home, this disrupts your ability to make money. Not too mention when your children need consistency for their homework and projects. Employees are rude and don’t care, especially if they are the only available service to you other than dish. I would NOT recommend company. We are switching to Dish.

This is the worst cable provider I've ever had but, unfortunately I only have the option to use Direct TV. I've read over 30 reviews and 26 of them gave 1 star. That's saying alot which I totally agree with. I even stopped calling to complain because I actually started thinking it was me, but it's not. I can't even begin to name all the problems because I don't have time to right a 500 page list of issues. All I can say is read all the reviews for yourself and that pretty much sums it up. In short Service Electric Cablevision SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!! Too bad we don't have many options but if 1 new company emerges, than Service Electric Cablevision is ancient history. I'm very seriously considering switching to Direct TV.

Forget about customer support after hours. I'm trying to get "on line chat". Nobody there!! satellite here I come !! If i could give "ZERO" stars I would..

Out of date equipment and offerings. Limited customer service and they ought-right lied to me. I cancelled my service, returned their equipment and they continued to bill me for three months even though I called them every month to complain. This is supposed to be the company that started the whole cable industry; they are still stuck in the 50's. The only reason they are still in business is because of the monopoly territories that they have. What a bunch of bozos. If I could give them zero stars I would.

bad customer service they havent fixed fox for 6months the aspect ratio is so messed up and i cant get anyone to fix it and the customer service people are very mean and dont care to help you be warned.

Im stuck with these guys they will not provide me with faster internet. Im awalys playing online games and downloading movies. Right now they are giving me a download speed of 6mbps - 1upload, I need around 15 mbps - 4upload but they never update there cable lines so i can't get it. All around my area the cable companies are giving people better internet speeds like say it was 7up 1 down now it's 15up 4down at no charge. This kind of stuff gets me mad:(
