I have a very sweet, but very nervous dog. She won't allow anyone to clip her nails - not even our vet. We've been turned away from all of the dog grooming salons in the big chain pet stores as well as a few privately owned shops. In desperation I called K9 Design Dog Grooming. Not only did Jen agree to give Reese a chance, she got us in for an appointment that day! Jen was so kind and gentle with my dog that she quickly gained her trust. With a little extra time and patience she was able to trim Reese's nails. We are going back next week for a bath and a haircut. Couldn't be more pleased! What a wonderful find!

Did a nice job on my 11 year old shih tzu. Puppy cut.
