I came to this clinic on a Saturday as a walk in. I was seen promptly and everyone was very courteous.

Extremely dissatisfied with this facility. I am new to MS and in need of finding a primary care doctor. I phoned the new clinic which just opened yesterday to enquire about establishing a primary care doctor for myself. I was told I would get a call back. I recieved a call from a nurse and she took information on myself and medications that I am taking, as well as what the meds are for. I have several chronic issues. The nurse told me that I would get a call back to set up an appointment. No call came, and several hours later I called them back requesting an appointment. I was informed that they are not taking any new patients. I informed them of what had previously transpired and was told that she would check into it and call me back. Today I called them to enquire about what was happeniing and was "told" that "I" had been called yesterday at 4:00 PM, and was informed that "I was not a good FIT for the clinic." I told her that "I" recieved no such call and in fact had called them and was told I would get a call back. Thank you very much for your lack of honest and "Passing" the buck! I will have nothing to do with this new clinic as they refuse to simply do their job and do not have the patients needs in mind.
