I have rented from the Beau Rivage on 3 different occasions and each one has been at best horrible. The first occasion they did not have a car for me even nought I had reservation. Plus the car was extremely dirty, when I asked for another one they said Hie was it or nothing, even with a reservation. They back seat area was cover d in hair and sand. When we opened the glove box to put the rental contract in there was an over th head hair band full of hair in the glove box. Plus there was no,gas in the car, fortunately as the "empty gas tank" light was beeping say I needed gas, I was able to make it to a gas station about a mile away to,fill the tank.

Next reservation they gave me a car that had the low window washer fluid light lit. Ente prose said to ignore it and said no problem. I said ok as I could put water in (they could,have done that) then just outside Pensacola the car stat d to heat up and the trouble light came on. I found an Enterprise location in Pensacola FL and they said they would,give m a new car. They were out of rentals and after an hour wait they had it fixed. They gave me the 800 trouble number so if it broke down on the road I could get some assistance or a tow (good customer service Enterprise).

My 3rd visit to the Beau Rivage, I tried them again, thinking 3rd time was a charm. It was mechanically ok, had to fill the gas tank again to get out of town. However the car smelled of smoke. Again, tried to get another car, but same song third verse, no more cars so,if I wanted a car,, I got the Marlboro Man's car, good smell to and from Pensacola.

I would highly recommend other car rental places, if you are at the Beau Rivage that is you only choice.
