Travis created a beautifully hand-crafted lectern for my classroom. I explained the features I wanted included and it turned out better than I could have imagined. For quality craftsmanship at a fair price, I highly recommend Wooden Nickel Refinishing & Woodcraft.

I had purchased a piece of furniture from MRM that needed ALOT of TLC. It was a buffet hutch, but I did not know that by looking at it. The doors were missing, it needed new knobs on the drawers and the top had water damage and pieces missing from it. I asked Travis to do his best and what I got back was amazing. He let me choose what hardware I wanted on it and the stain color, the rest he did on his own. It was completed when promised, and the cost was reasonable. It is one of my favorite pieces in my home and I frequently get compliments on it. I have since asked him to do small repairs and all of them have been just as rewarding. I would also recommend going to the shop to see what they have for sale. I bought a beautiful claw footed dining room table with chairs for a very good price. If good workmanship is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend Wooden Nickel.

The Wooden Nickel has done quality work for Rimrock Mall for almost 3 years. Travis and his staff are professional and deliver quality work. Wooden Nickel can handle large or small projects and are timely in their delivery of the project. I recommend this company.

Travis at Wooden Nickel has refinished a couch, table, 4 chairs, rocking chair, antique sewing machine, two desks, nightstand, antique office liquor cabinet and most recently my 1966 Herb O'brien waterski. The level of service and workmanship are unparalleled. I look forward to finding another wooden antique for him to bring back to life.
