My advice is to stay away from this place! Lied to me from the getgo. Terrible experience and I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Worst dealership experience ever!!!!!

Over the weekend when I was driving to work after buying the car the windshield cracked. The manager said he’d look into it, but a few more days go by and I call him back, to have him tell me that he could not justify replacing the windshield as too much time had passed since purchasing the vehicle. He did mention that he was willing to replace the windshield at cost, and honestly I took that as an insult. As far as I was concerned he had basically told me that he did not believe me, but was willing to at least not make a profit off of me to make me go away. If not replacing the windshield for free, as any good dealership would have done, the dealership should have at least offered to split the cost of the windshield. The only question I have is with as much as they avoided cleaning the car if they actually knew the damage was there to begin with and knowingly sold me the damaged car.

Just purchased a vehicle at VW Billings and we are very pleased. The customer service is awesome. They walked us through every feature that came with our car and made sure we understood and could work everything before we left and everyone assured us we could call if we needed any help or had a question. Their customer service just went above and beyond what we expected. We will definaty be referring people their way!

I bought a new Jetta TDI from VW billings. I for one an not a fan of car dealerships, but this was a pretty good experience I will admit. The salesmen were knowledgeable about there product, the service was great. They had everything done when they said it would be. The free loaner car was a big plus while they put the mud flaps on. Everyone was very helpful. I've only had my car 2 day but so far I really like it. Thanks to everyone at VW Billings.

Volkswagen of Billings is a friendly place to go shop for a vehicle. Everyone form the salesman to the finance department and beyond to the Parts and Service department made you feel like you were the #1 customer. Now to get the parts in that were ordered to add to my vehicle! Darn weather slowing their arrival!

Affter purchasing our 2012 Jetta Tdi from Volkswagen Billings we couldn't have been happier. Until now. We had not planned on upgrading, but with the deal we got on our trade in, we were able to upgrade from the 2012 Jetta to a 2013 Passat. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership made our buying experience great. They have worked hard to make us feel like valued customers. There was no pressure to buy but we were made welcome and felt appreciated. They not only earned the sale, they gained customers for life.
