Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with a chiropractor and it has been very positive.

Great personal service, cares about me as a person and getting me adjusted. Long time patient.

Looking for a chiropractor I made an appointment here based in the 5 star rating. I wish I could tell you about the treatment I received, but I did not even get that far. Upon my arrival at the front desk I was asked for a copy of my insurance (pretty standard) and my driver's license. I asked why the driver's license copy was necessary and was told that is just the way it was. Asking why again I was told it was for Medicaid. I told them I was not a Medicaid patient, so then they said it was for insurance. I told them I would pay cash and bypass insurance. Then they finally let the cat out of the bag and told me it was a policy to have a copy of the driver's license in the file. Even though I offered to show it to them every time I came for an appointment, they insisted that they have a copy. I chose to leave the establishment instead of giving them a copy of my driver's license which I believe to be an invasion of privacy. A right protected by Supreme Court decisions over the years have established that the right to privacy is a basic human right, and as such is protected by virtue of the 9th Amendment. I am new to the Billings chiropractic scene as I left my Dr in Helena and needed to find new care. Unfortunately, I left this office, sat in my vehicle and cried in frustration and pain and left. Because the needs of the office filing system outweigh the need to care for patients I would not recommend this facility.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gardner for three years now and have been adjusted to a full life once again after years of pain in back and the neck. It was discovered by him that I had injured/probably whiplash my neck earlier in my life and had just learned to live with it until it became so bad that it brought me down to tears before the holidays with all my family coming. I couldn't even stand in the kitchen to cook. I called his office by reference from a friend and the rest is history. I am now back to enjoying my family, I am able to sit for hours quilting at the machine, and life is grand. Thank you, Dr. Gardner, and all your precious, accomadating staff members....Kathy, Greta....I couldn't be happier and haven't felt this good in years.

I have been going to Dr. Gardner since I hurt my back on my 4 wheeler. He has since cured that problem and now I go once a month to have everything adjusted. I learned that I've had problems all my life and those concerns caused numbness in my arms & hands. I also had pain in my shoulders and neck that no longer exist as I choose to have monthly adjustments. As I tell he and his staff, I'm a lifer. It's a very friendly and concerned office that I highly recommend to anyone with any health problems.

When I started going to Gray, I had numbness and tingling going down my arm and always had a backache. After working pretty extensively with Gray, I have complete relief in my arm. I also feel better and don't have any more backaches. Gray has taught me that if I come in for manipulations on a regular basis, then my back won't get to the point of feeling the way it did when I first started. I have a much better quality of life now that I have added back care as part of my regular schedule. Thanks Gray!

I have been a patient at Van Chiropractic for many years. I have a lot of back problems due to genetics, poor posture and from working in nursing homes as a CNA. I also have fibromyalgia. I go at least once a month for an adjustment and actually enjoy my visits as Dr Gardner and his staff always make me feel welcome and that what I'm going through matters to them. I hate to think of what my quality of life would be without chiropractic care. I would probably be existing in a haze of muscle relaxers and pain pills. I strongly recommend Van Chiropractic to anyone.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dr Gardner and the staff are passionate about bringing drug free natural spinal care and education to Billings. Since I am afraid of old fashioned "cracking", Dr Gardner is a chiropractor I trust.
