I have been to a few cellular stores in my time and this is by far one of the best. The guys know all about the products plus it is a great atmosphere too. Certainly a great place to buy your next cell phone. Keep up the good work, you've got some of my family coming over to sign up too!!

I visited this store not to long ago after being at the Alltel or AT&T store on King Ave. with full intentions of canceling my service because of the poor customer service I received at the King store. Upon entering all the employees were very knowledgeable and explained the whole situation to me and created a customer for life. Thanks Guys!!!

This company is made up of best in class employees. If you are looking for a cell company that just doesn't sell you their service & then you are on your own, you need to go to Cellular Connection. They have been in Billings longer than any cellular company so they really know the business. I have been in numerous times thru the years & they have really helped me find the phone, the plan & the accessories that do what I need. They make me feel like they want my business & go 150% to make sure that when I walk out the door I am satisfied. Many of their employees have been there for years so it's nice to deal with the same person year after year. They deliver what they promise.
