Rude, Impatient, and Judgmental!
Front desk staff needs to take a lesson in customer service. I received a letter stating I could no longer bring my dog as a patient because they assumed I was being disrespectful and rude. When asked why they only gave me one reason...:
i.e. I was playing with my dog in a room with a window, when I tapped on it for him to get up on a bench to see through it because he heard another dog barking. In their notes they perceived this as "being impatient and disrespectful, frantically tapping on the window for someone's attention". If that was the case (which it was NOT), none of the staff came to see if I needed anything or to ask why I was tapping.

They don't care about customer service or the well-being of your pet; they are simply trained to collect your money for their over-priced services.
I do NOT recommend taking your fur babies here.

Please advise going to these animal hospitals. They have overcharged us and ran unnecessary tests. After $1,500 we decided to go to AHomeVet. She ran one test for $60 and solved all the problems. After complaining we received no compensation or apologizes. If you don't believe me go to billings watchdog on Facebook and review other posts. Will never go to again and get taken advantage of.

quality vet care; poor customer relations

1) An older front desk worker with short spiky hair will berate you if you are the slightest bit past the due date of your pet's annual exam. 2) you'll receive an excessive amount of check up reminders via email, snail mail and phone calls. 3) They will shame you re: your pet's care, regardless of how well you care for your pet. I am switching vets.

Was referred by my vet in Hardin after my dog broke his back. I was really nervous dealing with someone new. My vet had called and the staff were informed and ready for us when we got there. They explained everything that he needed and the cost. Happy to say after his surgery and the patience of my son he is doing great.

The staff is great and I reall...

The staff is great and I really appreciate how well they worked with us, given that our dog pulled his stitches out, twice. I felt the entire staff, down to the office manager had the best interest at heard. We were not just another pet, or another client, we felt like we became part of the family.

I had a bad scare when my puppy jumped off the high front porch and broke his ankle. I didn't know what to do but a friend of mine told me about this place, so I took her in right away. The whole time, they were so helpful and understanding, and let me know what was going on step by step. Thank you so much so the peace of mind.
