This was my first and last visit to this eye doctor and to the so called eye doctor Kerry Sanchez. Not only was this guy massively arrogant, he ignored me when I told him the issues I was having. When I told him I was having headaches when I was using the computer or reading, he told me it was a common thing and not to worry about it. While he was breifly examining my eyes, he left his chair and office several times to attend another matter in the other room without ever saying excuse me. When everything was all said and done, he said my prescription has not changed and I should be good to go for awhile. I asked him if he was sure because the headaches I get and he looked at me and said in a very snotty tone, " Hey, I aam the doctor here, not you". He then left the room without saying anything else. I then went to the front office to see about ordering more contacts. I was told that I could not order contacts from them because they did not take my insurance and then demanded I pay for the examine immediatley with cash or credit card. I said they were wrong about the insurance and that when I made the appointment I asked them three times if they took my insurance and they said the did. I would not have came here if they did not. Then the so called doctor peeked his head out and said, "just let him go, we do not want him in here anymore". I have no clue what I did to this guy but trust you me, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from his place of business. He had to be the most unprofessional person I have ever met.

Our family needed a new eye doctor and we all very impressed with the quality of care we received from Dr. Kerry Sanchez. His staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We needed a new eye doctor this year. Decided to try Dr. Biegel. Very impressed with the helpful staff and the thorough eye exams.
