Weird - I don't usually write reviews, but I decided that my experience at The Wave was so pleasant that I would compliment the business. Then I read this review my someone who would give their wife a CAR DETAILING for Valentine's Day and just started laughing. He obviously was not reciprocated by his wife the way he wanted!! I don't think that is The Wave's problem, buddy! My car looks like new and I wanted to tip everyone involved because they were so nice. The carpets are wet because, now listen close... t h e y w e r e s h a m p o o e d.

I purchased a detail back in February for my wife for Valentines Day. I paid $160.00 for them to wipe down the interior, leave the carpets soaking wet and then tell me that it was too cold to wash the exterior! Now if it was too cold, couldn't we just reshedule? I guess not! I got a rain check on the exterior portion. So yesterday when I went to get it done all I recieved was a Ripple Wash which is the cheapest exterior wash they have! No tire detail no wipe down no wax??? What the heck did $160.00 pay for? Answer, an education! I will never go there again for any service at all and I will spread the word about this incident to everyone who will listen!!!!

I was just at The Wave this weekend and have never been to a touchless carwash before. It was awesome and the people were so friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Would not recommend to anyone. Blew paint off my car and wouldn't make it right. Car was wet and had to dry myself and discovered huge place where the placed pressure hose right on bumper and blew paint off. Thankfully my insurance is taking care of me but DON'T TRUST YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH. They do not stand by their service, they just take your money
