I rented at Rimview Apartments for 4 years. The complex is maintained admirably, and any repair or information requests were responded to quickly. The check-in and check-out process was very precise, and there were no surprises - the owner is very good about communicating the details. The location of the rimview apartments is unique. Grocery stores and shopping are close. Parks and schools are directly across the street.The management team at Rimview is excellent. Snow is always removed from apartment entryways, lawns are maintained well and the exterior of all apartment buildings was recently re-sided.The rental terms and security deposit agreement were spelled out specifically prior to moving in. Then the same terms were used upon moving out.

If you are looking for an apartment the rimview apartments are a very good choice. The apartments are very clean, anytime you have any kind a problem with anything from appliances to neighbors the staff will handle it with speed and care. I received most back on my deposit, they were very honest about reasonable about cost

I enjoyed my rental unit and the kind service I received. This is a great location, no smoking, and quiet. Laundry faciliites are on the same floor and only shared with a few units. Lots of walking routes and close to Albertsons. It all worked well for me.

RImview is a great place to live. The apartments and premises are very clean and well cared for. They even have a swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities. It's a convenient place for people on the west end of town.

I recommend looking else where this was the most awful experience I've ever had. Parking is tight and limited, you can smell your neighbors cooking and trash and whatever else their apartments smell like, washers and dryers very limited, walls so thin you can hear your neighbors sneeze. Must fight for you security depost back. Very poor experience. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
