I ahve been a tenant at Rimrock Park Apartments for the past several years. I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is very quick to respond to all request for repairs when needed. One of the cleanest apartments that I have found when looking for a place to live. Love it...

I have lived at Rimrock Park Apartment for the past several years. It was one of the cleanest apartments that I found to rent. The manager is very pleasant and responds to all my maintenance needs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend renting here at Rimrock Park Apartments.

This place was nice at first, but sometimes we had hot water sometimes we didn't. It was useless to call Management to our building because no one ever showed or called us back. The only building they seemed to care about was their own building they lived in. Rent went up during the economic crisis when no one's pay was going up, and the horrible washers and dryers costs went up even though the dryers only worked about half the time. Nice waste of money there!
