on the cutting edge :-)

I am thrilled with my new cut! I prefer a cut that looks like a new style-a unique look, and different. I brought in a picture of a cut that I sort of liked but explained the differences that I was hoping for, and I GOT IT. I get positive comments all of the time on my hair style. It is unusual and definately has an edge to it. I could not be happier with the service I received. My cosmetologist listened to my ideas, felt free to add her own opinions, and we decided on a cut. It was really fun, and I will definately go back. I like changes in hair styles and this progressive salon will accommodate that need. I am recommending Renaissance Salon to all my friends and their children. Thanks ladies for the warm friendly environment.

Color me happy!

I have always been satisfied with my hair after visiting the Renaissance! Kristina does my hair color and perming. I give her a description of what I want and she takes it from there. She definitely aims to please the customer! My daughters also go there and always enjoy their new look. I enjoy the pleasant surroundings and everyone is so friendly. They have some wonderful products also.The chick that posted the negative review probably wrote a bad check to go along with her bad review. Anyone who works closely with the public knows that you can't please some people no matter how hard you may try.

The RENAISSANCE SALON HAS COMPLETELY MISSED UP MY HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Renaissance excited to finaly get my hair done!! I can't afford to getit done that offen....! They did the Opposite of what I had requested them to do! I told them it was not what I had asked for, so of couse they tryed to do it again.......Well this time my hair has GREY in it!!!! So I called back to see if they could help me AGAIN because it's grey!!!! & they me the ower would call me back....Well she had one of her employee's call me back to tell me that there is nothing @ ALL they will do for me!!!! All they would have to do is put a"toner' in my hair to get the grey out!!!! I'm not asking for my money back...........I JUST REALY WANTED MY HAIR TO LOOK GOOD, esp after spending $100- on it!!!!!! This is a very POOR example of GOOD Customer Service!! I will pass on the word that this salon is HORRIBLE!!! THEY HAVE MISSED UP MY HAIR SO BADLY , I CAN'T EVEN WEAR MY HAIR DOWN....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ya think if they realy "accomodated" their clients that they would have NO

Great Experience

I came to the salon sporting a disastrous "do"... victim of one of the local cosmetology schools. Felicia fixed my hair... and I mean "fixed" because it was seriously broken! I will definitely return to Renaissance! I had a perfect salon experience there! Thank you!!

Amazing

This salon is the most friendly staffed salon I have ever been to. The girls are down to earth and my current stylist there is completley amazing. She is always bubbley and smiling. I would recommend this salon to all my friends and family. They are prompt to get you in when you need. Some of the best acrylic nails I have seen have come from this salon also.

My Hair Has Gotten Around!!

I recently learned that LeAnne Tibesar has The Renaissance, paid a visit for a cut and color and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The cut & color was awesome and the company while I was there was fun, humorous, and I felt a sort of comradery between the staff that was good to see. Many years ago, 1986 to be exact - I was 16, I found myself in a little salon in the heights where I first met LeAnne, she did my hair - a cut & a big perm of course, she did a fabulous job as she has whenever I have sought her out over the years. My hair has been around town, I'm more of a "couple time a year" girl, so have been in and out of touch, have had a few girlfriends that would take care of me at there house or whatever. Then enters LeAnne again!! And she did not do my hair this last time but the person that did was great and so was my hair when we were done. I guess the first thought that came to mind after reading the negative review posted was - the experience was horribl

I went to the reniassance salon go get a haircut and it was the best haircut I ever have gotten. The staff was so friendly and welcoming when I got there. The stylist was so friendly and bubbly I had a great time. I even came back for a color and it was great and priced very reasonably.

Wedding day

I went to this salon for my wedding day. They did my hair from a picture I picked out and my make-up with a glow exactly what I wanted on my wedding day and it turned out great! The ladies were all nice and the atmosphere is great! I am going back for a massage and a hair cut. It is very sad to see such a negative comment on here and I am figuring it is either the competition or an ex-employee. If it was so bad why did this individual keep going back. Just doesn't add up! Great job ladies!

LeAnne Tibesar

I am the owner of the Renaissance and was alarmed to see the only review that was posted was negative. I have owned this salon for 10 years and have done my best to accomodate the clients and be fair to the service providers. If there seems to be a high turnover, it is because I have let sub-standard employees go and/or they have quit because they could not handle the challenges that a progresive salon requires. At this point, I feel we have a great staff with great communication skills. If someone is not pleased with their service,we will cheerfully do our best to make it right. Our salon is reasonably priced,friendly and clean. I can't help but wonder where the public place is that employees are out expressing their complaints. I hope you will give us a chance and not let some "anonymous individual" influence you.

Hit and Miss

I have gone to this salon 3 times for color and cut. Twice the color has been horrible, and was not even close to what I had requested. Turn over seems to be a problem and the staff is not at all shy about airing their dissatisfaction with the salon's owner out in public. This type of atmosphere is not what I am paying for. I would not go back.
