I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from the entire staff at R & T Services. I called and actually spoke to a human. I was scheduled immediately for repair service for my A/C unit. When technician came out he was on time knowledgeable and very organized. I will only use this company for any future needs and recommend to all if you want quality service.

Everyone was so nice, and they got us squeezed in on short notice. The technician was fantastic and he got both our AC and furnace back up running quickly. Such great people. They obviously care about their customers.

I love the team over at R&T Services. They are amazing! Great HVAC and AC Service. Prices were great and they were true to what they quoted.

Have used R and T for years. Everything from fireplaces to furnaces/heat pumps. Have always been professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend using them. Have talked/tried other companies in town and they don't compare.

They tell you one number then charge another. Typical of a business without customer service. We have used them for years...was happy until they had changes in management or something. Overcharged by hundreds of dollars for no reason other than they "forgot to tell you that... and we need to add more charges" Serious? Sometimes the business forgets who pays their bills....and word of mouth goes along ways. There's other HVAC services in Billings, shop around.
