I simply wanted to know the trade-in value of my vehicle and was thrown out of the dealership without an answer because I responded "no" to the question "Are you going to buy a new vehicle from us today"? Customer service? Not here! Buyer Beware!

Went to purchase a new vehicle from this dealer. My salesman was very friendly and helpful - until it came time to sit and get the deal done. I wanted to pay cash and kept getting pushed toward financing. When I asked my salesman if they made money on financing he got agitated and flat out told me no. Right. Then when I made an offer on the vehicle he immediately swept up his papers and got defensive and angry. I was expecting more of a professional, "sorry, we just can't do that" rather than immediately packing up his crayons and going home. As I walked out of the dealership I was approached by the salesman and the sales manager. They didn't ask how they could make the deal happen, but rather were demanding to know who would sell me the vehicle at the lower price I had offered. Clearly they weren't concerned about me or getting my business, but worried who was impeding on their business. I was very put off by their unprofessionalism. I wasnt looking for something for nothing, they need to make money on the transaction. I get that. However, why would I pay more there when I could get the same vehicle for less somewhere else? In the end I got the vehicle at the price I was willing to pay, but I had to go to a different dealership to do it. Don't waste your time here unless you don't mind paying too much for a vehicle. There are better deals to be found elsewhere.

While visiting Billings my disabled fathers truck broke down. We thought based on reputation we were in good hands. Boy were we ever wrong... I have personally heard the mechanic tell my father that he was going to "cut the f-ing brake lines and do the world a favor:. We have the call recorded. It went from a simple battery cable to over $1500 in parts because they "misunderstood" the directions not to repair without calling. Now 400+ miles away they won't give the truck back because my parents are paying under protest. Looking to hire a good attorney at this point. NEVER SEND YOUR PARENTS THERE THEY WILL TAKE THEM TO THE CLEANERS!

A while back I bought a truck from this dealership, it was bad news from the start.After more than 5000.00 in repairs it is almost where it should have been when I bought it. I talked with manger He in so many words told me that It wasn't their problem. It first started when I tried it out, both times the truck was running warming up it seemed to run fair the price was at book value. I payed cash around 20,000.00the next day when i started it in my drive way it wouldn't run right until it warmed up i took it back too them, they in formed me it was used with no warrenty they wouldn't even speek to me again. I took the truck to another ford dealer they said it had a lot of problems to get it to start right and not miss it would cost around 5000.00 I asked them if a service tech would have noticed this if the truck was checked before. they told me it could not have been missed thats why it was alawys running when I went to try the truck out.......So all i can tell all you buyers out there be careful when buying from this dealer do yourself a big favor go to a different one ((((((((((( GOOD LUCK )))))))))))))))))

I can't believe what I am reading on the car that was supposedly fixed 5 times. I've known Don Hofer and the guys for years. Don is a man of character and gets things fixed. We've had our vehicles there several times and they are always busy. If they weren't any good, they wouldn't be in business with body shop. We've always had good luck with their shop and will always continue to do business there. These guys aren't a fly by night outfit. I simply think you just dropped your comment in for other reasons than a window. Oil all over the window? And you didn't say anything about oil all over the window 5 times? Come on man...

Had my door replace on my 2005 honda cr-v. Wind noise still bad and window will not come up right after having in for repairs 5 times. They just spray oil all over the window to get it to work after oil cleans off window will not operate like it should.

I took my 2005 honda cr-v in because that where the insurance company had me go. what a mistake. After 5 time back and my car is still not right. Hit in the driver door. they put new one on and the wind noise was so bad it was better with window open. Still not right after 5 times in. Window will not go up sometimes. They spray a bunch of oil in it so it work until oil was gone couldn't see out window with all of the oil on it. Don't see what so hard on getting a door to fit right. must be they can't do it.
