James and Mike were very pleasant to work with. Did not feel pressured by them and were very willing to work with me. Thank you both very much, I'm very happy with my car.

I had great service. Willing to go back. Everyone was very friendly that I encountered and willing to help.

Over priced. They always up sell what the customer doesn't need. Sells junkyard parts as remanufactured. They always sublet jobs out and don't let customers know.

Service was very accommodating, price for my repair was on the lower end of what my research told me it could be. As others have said the ownership has changed, even so the new manager accepted my coupon from the old owner.

They always get us in quickly and everyone we've worked with is so kind and helpful! Precision clearly cares about their customers!

Precision discovered the problem with my Jeep quickly and was able to fix it in a timely manner. The technician answered all my questions and helped me understand. It was easy to leave my Jeep because Cheryl drove me home. Everyone was very helpful.
