We have owned a Montana Hot Springs Spa for 13 years...the best tub, the best customer service! We LOVE our tub...the ACE system has no chemicals so the care is so easy...hot water that is beneficial to your health by removing toxins, stress, and provides muscle relaxation and just plain fun. Excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in the store to after the tub was set up you can tell they care about their customers. The crew that set up my tub were right on time and were very professional. They are very knowledgeable and like I said before you can tell they care. Thanks to everyone there!

Our experience with Montana HotSpring Spas has been terrific. From our initial visit with our salesman Cody, through the purchase and installation, to the almost daily usage of our hot tub, we could not be more pleased. Cody walked us through their entire line and helped us pick the right tub for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the process a pleasure - and the service after the sale has been amazing. From start to finish our experience with Montana Hot Springs was amazing. From the sales person who listened to exactly what we were looking for and didn’t try and push us into something different, to the fantastic communication from the store/delivery team, to the professional and friendly delivery and installation team, this was literally one of the best buying experiences we have had. I can not possibly say enough great things about this business and the people who work there. By far, the BEST customer service we have experienced anywhere. Stopped by Montana Hot Springs Spas this morning with a question and concern about our hot tubs control which seemed to be turning on and off frequently without anyone touching the pad. Scott had a technician stop by in an hour. He reconfigured the wifi channel to eliminate interference and asked us to watch it over the next few days. He'll check back with us and if that hasn't solved our problem will replace it. Fast, friendly and efficient service!!! Thanks Alan & Diana

Don't go anywhere else! Our salesperson, Cody, was friendly and helpful during our first visit to the store. We had purchased a hot tub from an internet company (huge mistake) and Cody never made us feel bad about our previous purchase just showed us the benefits of the HotSpring Spas. We returned and bought a new HotSpring Spa from Cody and we love it. The delivery options, the buying experience, and the customer service were outstanding.

I love my tub from Montana Hot Spring! It was great for the first four years – then it had a problem. The MHS service guy came out put in some new parts and problem solved. I asked how much the charges were going to be – he told me NO CHARGE! All covered under their five year guarantee. Don’t even think about buying a hot tub anyplace else. I bought a Tiger River Bengal hot tub from Scott about 6 years ago. It still runs great and is very energy efficient. Service on the tub has always been done right the first time with hardly any wait. I would never buy a hot tub anywhere else!
