I went in to have a used spare tire placed on my car until I could get a new set. They put on a tire that leaked air and I had to air up about every other day. I finally went back to them to work with sales person on purchasing a whole new set and a sales person never came to help me. They called for a sales person 2-3 times and no one came to help me. I figured they were to busy for me to buy a new set of tires from them so I left and purchased them elsewhere.

I have been dealing with these guys for 40 years. We moved away for a while but came back & went straight to LP the next time we needed tires. They are competitive but even if they were high I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere to save a few pennies. Because of how I have been taken care of over the years, I tell everybody about LP. Best customer service in town. Honest, friendly and thorough

I was amazed by the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the employees at LP. The salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable about all the tires available for my car and explained to me the differences so that I could make an informed decision. I didn't have to make an appointment to get my new tires and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I went to Costco and they couldn't even get me in that whole DAY! And unlike other stores I got quotes from, they didn't tell me one price for the tires and charge me a ton for putting the tires on. They include all future rotations and even flat repairs. And you can go to any Tire Factory all over to get help for free! Love it!!

This store has amazing customer service. Above and beyond anything I expected from a tire store. The guys are sincere and trustworthy. I ruined a tire and but my other three tires were still pretty good so they gave me a used tire until I could afford 4 new ones. I went back to buy my tires there, and unlike other stores that advertise ridiculously low prices on tires and then overcharge for labor, everything was included in the price of the tires, including lifetime flat repair, rotations, etc. I felt very taken care of and will send my family here and only here!
