Great experience with Don (Service Manager) and Steve the service tech. I’m an RV Dealer in Texas and would like to give these guys a BIG THANK YOU. I had a customer break down in Billings last night. This morning I contacted I-90 Motors & RV at 9am and spoke to Don. My very desperate customer in his motor home was 1500 miles into a 2300 mile trip by himself with no power, and with slides stuck out. Don had his tech at the campground in an amazingly short time frame and my customer on his way in less than 4 hours. A Truly Professional Organization. I Chose this company because of the great reviews and they certainly exceeded my expectations.

Our RV slide broke in Garryowen, MT to where we couldn't use bathroom. No mobile service would come. All other RV repair places in the area wouldn't take us till Oct. In fact, I90 Motors is the ONLY place that will even do emergency service. Diagnosed the slide failure problem in under an hour, got the part ordered that afternoon (overnight expedited). Repaired at reasonable cost next am, then on our way by noon. Michael in service was great; he even got the slide opened enough so we could access critical Meds in bathroom. Sharla was the best. Made us feel at home. Free coffee, wi-fi, and everyone there made us feel like a part of their family owned/operated biz. If ever in Billings MT area, only take your RV to I90 Motors. They saved our vacation!
