Highlands managers are super-friendly and accomodating without being unprofessional. They make a person feel welcome and they treat you fairly, especially when it comes time to check out, giving you an opportunity to leave the place perfect and get your full deposit back. I can't say this about other neighboring apts where they are unfriendly, unfair, and will scrutinize apartments too critically so you won't get your deposit back--almost to the extent of scamming you. Not so for Highlands though--kudos to you and if I had to choose Billings again, I would choose Highlands!
