TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR A NO START. AFTER 2 OTHER LOCAL SHOPS COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT! THEY DID, JEREMY AND THE CREW ROCK! I DEFINATALY RECOMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIR!

I used to work in the Heights and stupidly picked this shop because of it's location. I brought a car in for a brake job and I rented a car while my car was to be fixed. All of this started on a Monday morning. I was told the repair would be complete by Tuesday afternoon. I went to pick up my car Tuesday as agreed, but I made my second mistake by believing them. It actually took until Thursday at 6pm and it was not even fully repaired. I had had it, I took my keys and left. The brake job cost $1100 and it was not completed. This wasn't a Ferrari, but a Nissan Altima, a common vehicle! For all you Height's residents looking for a good place to get your car worked on, bypass Heights Automotive, unless you like getting shafted.
