I've been going to Gainan's for years, even for my wedding, and have never walked away disappointed. If I have a problem with flowers, I call and they have always taken care of it. I can tell I go there often, because they all know my name.

These people don't know what flowers are available in Missoula either. They just sent my order to another company and I was dissappointed that I didnt get what I ordered but as they didn't send it themselves all they did was apologize.

Awesome customer support.

Where do I start? I honestly don't know what I'd do without Gainans...they are continually making me look good. I rush in there needing a gift of some sort and their staff always helps me find the perfect thing...no matter what the occasion. They wrap it up and make it gorgeous and I'm on my way in no time...and look like I've spent weeks preparing! They did our wedding in the most fabulous array of tangerine and chocolate flowers and I think my bouquet got more attention than I did...it was unlike any other...birds of paradise and orange gerbers! Amazing...and I would have never thought of that combination without them. John made us the most eye-catching and unique bouquet for one of my husband's projects and even customized with his logo. It was the talk of the reception & I only ordered it the afternoon before! They took our drab front yard & gave it so much curb appeal and color and life! Gainans goes above and beyond...their service continually surpasses my expectations!

Gainan's has been a mainstay of Billings for more than 50 years--and with good reason. Flowers, plants, gardening stuff, fun and unique decorating ideas...a trip to Gainan's is never a disappointment. On top of that, they have people who are actually helpful and know what they're talking about, which is something refreshing in a world that seems increasingly impersonal and automated. Frankly, I wouldn't want to send flowers from anywhere else.

In this day where good customer service is sometimes lacking, I had the most wonderful experience at the Gainan's downtown. The sales people that helped me were all smiling and really listening to what I wanted. I ended up with an absolutely gorgeous arrangement for my parents's 25th anniversary in a keepsake bowl.

They have a beautiful store - but is terribly overpriced. Flower arrangements are beautiful - but have never had good luck with them lasting very long. Roses are the worst - have had them droop the second day.
