Had to wipe the dirt off my truck AFTER it was washed. Owner was RUDE RUDE RUDE! Manager told me $85 for truck & trailer wash then rang up the sale at $95. He probably would have processed it at $95 if I hadn't objected. Dirt left on chrome mirrors. Owner sees the dirt and admits "that could have been done better" but refuses to grant any credit. I was chastised for doing a 5 minute walk-around to inspect their work before I left the wash bay. Didn't have time to go thru a 2nd time. Owner says sarcastically "Well I hope you have a better day". I was having an awesome day before I stopped there and WASTED MY MONEY!! I would have left zero stars for this rip-off joint if it were possible.

great service and a very clean shop, just want to let them know. I will be back and look forward to seeing the friendly faces at the fly in lube.

Recently I was there to get a truck serviced and washed and surprise surprise the owners kid "Doug" was a total horses hind end. I was there 6 months prior for a service and they were all new faces for employees this time around. I wonder why that is? The owner Bob is not one for small talk as he is normally crying about how his employees have done him wrong and how his customers are a bunch crooked loons. Horrible people that brag about the small town hospitality but are the rudest, dumbest, most arrogant people I have ever come across while on the road. Steer clear of Fly In Lube.

They do NOT do a good wash job. They ARE over priced. They do NOT rewash. They have BAD customer service. They DO use Gods name a lot in a bad way. I will NEVER return there again.

I visited the Fly In Lube and have only good coments for the service they did and the professionalism they dispayed. I recieved very fast service in a clean enviroment at a very fair price. I met Doug the "owners son" and found him very polite and professional and informative information concering my vehicle.

I was recently employed for 1 year and in that year i seen 11 people walk out on them. They have a sign that says "Dont talk about yourself we will do that for you when you leave" that is true they talk trash about everyone. Doug the owners son is an compulsive liar. Bob thinks he is Mr. tough guy and will threaten you until you back down from him. Good luck to everyone that goes to this place but if you can steer clear of them they are bad people.

owners name is bob...he is a very loud mouth man with a god complex his son doug is a compulsive liar who thinks he runs the place and has no people skills....the work they did was good but all i heard was foul words from doug and him degrading his employes...how they work in that condition i dont know but they should be awarded for being treated like that and still doing good work....

If you are tired of waiting in line for 2,3, or 4 hours for an oil change, then this the place to go. They get you in and get you out. Fast and reliable. So glad we found the flyinlube. Don't know what we'd do without them.

First time they washed my truck I was impressed... this time it was not impressive. some of their employees half heartedly scrubbed, and it showed when it dried. I didn't want acid on it, don't think they sprayed it with acid, that must have been on there brushes. white streaks on my aluminum. Poor rinse job, dirt all down my sleep.... disappointing, should have went back, had to get down the road tho.

Very bad service. Changed fuel filter in my truck, and after 1 mile it's started leak. They fixed that but were very rud... And didn't admit mistake...

Personally i will Never go here again! The customer service is Really BAD!!!

Got a full service done on my truck 2006 Volvo VNL 780.quick service good people.the "O" ring over the fuel filter was not installed properly (pinched and out of seal ring, clearly visiable in pictures)drove 670 some miles night driving...noticed unusual fuel consumstion. saw leak and called ..there was 'no person incharge' available. was told to tighten filter or make do and call in morning. Got new fuel filter , "properly" installed had engine and side of truck washed at Freightliner dealership. Got full report and confirmation of problem.Called in morning after message not returned. Spoke to BOB..BOB , in order to action the complain needed the replaced filter and the O ring....wanted me to bring it back to his shop some 800 miles back for me to get reimbursed or even taken care of....regardless of where i am heading or when i am expected there.and BOB reckons that i would not have lost much fuel ...so that is not an issue.i have pictures of the leak, improper installation o
