This company is a drain to our community for renters and property owners alike!!! If you value your money and reputation do not do business with these people for any reason! They will treat you like dirt and take your money. If you like monthly inspections in your home and paying out of pocket for repairs, rude people, and unethical business practices, then this is the company for you.

filled out application had application approved in 3 days because of previous landlord. love the unit and staff are very pleasent to work with, maybe the negative statements are from people rejected for being bad tenants?

If you want professional service and a timely response to your application - do NOT come here. After several phone calls and a chilly reception from the very rude staff (how dare I actually request an answer about my app status!), I have decided to seek a rental elsewhere! If their service is this bad at the beginnning of the process, I don't imagine it will be any better if I rented and had a maintenance issue. I only gave them one star because I there is no lower rating available.

I have used this company for over 6 years to manage my business property. They are indifferent at best although I always kept paying for anything they needed from me. After bilking me for every expense they could think of they now announce they will not handle my account anymore. It is because we are performing our own repairs and they can't make money on us (except for the management fees). Their staff is rude and disrespectful on a good day. If you are a business owner don't use them to manage your property.

Rude staff at the office. Obnoxious neighbors. Crappy apartment. Overcharges on repairs. Even if the thing being repaired was ancient and wasn't broken by carelessness. Electrical problems. Do Not rent from these people.

i have worked with Fischer erwin and i find that they are very honest and professional.they take care of my tenants and properties. any of my past tenants have had all good comecnts of how they are treated.

Found an apartment, filled out the application, did all the leg work to make the application expedited, and FEPM delayed making a decision on my application until AFTER they had rented the apartment to another person.The members of this staff are geared solely to customer UNSERVICE. Their policies, procedures, and actions reek of drama, indifference, and are despicable in nature.If Rainbow Property Management is the WORST Property Management company in Billings, FEPM is a VERY close second.If you can, RUN from this establishment.

I enjoyed renting from them, but now it;s time to move on. I understand where the managment company is coming from some tenants don't care. Excellent maintenance service and quick too get things done. Thanks

If you rent from them expect your place to fall apart within a year and if you call in people to fix it the head of matinence calls asks the matinence people if you broke the stuff that needed fixing and is often rude and unhelpful. They have dogs and kids running rampant in their establishment and the carpets in the apartments always smell like dog urine when wet. They lie and accuse and are most often unhelpful and if you are a good tenant and pay on time they still treat you like garbage and threaten to evict you every six months.

I have rented from Fischer & Erwin for 3 years, when i first moved in the apartments i lived in were not section 8 ( I am not against people on section 8) but because they are having problems filling apartments they pretty much allow anyone to move in. I honestly believe i am the only one paying full rent now.. I wake up in the morning to beer cans strung all over the place in front of my apartment. The people above me are more then obviously on drugs. the people next to me play beer pong on the sidewalk because they don't have a table. I've even found people passed out on the steps. Yet fischer & erwin are soooo hard up they don't care. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Fischer & Erwin are graet people to work with. I lived in one of there rentals for two years and never had any issuse with at all. I always was treated well in the office and by the mantaince crew.

Good luck getting your deposit back from these guys!!! They rob you for everything! My deposit on a place was 300 dollars and I got a total of 115 back. I kept the place up very nicley but they over charged me big time for 2 batteries in a smoke detecter and shampooing the carpets. B/c they had to do that minor worke they charged me for 3 days of rent. Complete b.s. not only that they are ex. rude to deal with!

I am currently renting and while i love my apatment,the tenant below me always slams her door and stomps around like she is angry at the world.Furthermore,i suspect that she knew the previous renters,who were kicked out for noise and were suspected of dealing drugs out of same apartment.Now,she,it seems,is out for revenge.I love where i live, like i said, but she is on the verge of a small claims law suit for harassment.

I have been renting for about 6 months and the staff has always treated me well and anything I need they respond promptly. They are great!!
