I have used the services of EyeMart for over 7 years and found it to be entirely satisfactory. They replaced broken frames that were under warranty and lenses that were not according to my request.

was very happy with my experience while I was getting my eye exam and choosing glasses at this location. However, after returning home I noticed that the prescription was way off. It was actually less clear to read with the glasses than without. I called Eyemart Express in Billings, and the Eyemart side of the business was very accommodating and helpful. However, since the issue was the prescription from the exam I received from Dr. Katherine Olson's practice (which is separate from the Eyemart side) I was transferred to them. They were very argumentative and I would say rude. Because I could not make it back to Billings within 90 days they refused to do anything to help the situation that was a result from a less than adequate exam. I would go back to the Eyemart, but will most certainly be seeing a more qualified doctor whose business is more accommodating and helpful to their customers in the future.

My experience with Eyemart Express-Billings, MT was such that I tell everyone I know to STEER CLEAR of them period.Their deceptive practices, i.e., bait-and-switch which was done to me, are nothing short of outright fraud. Truth.3 different trips into their store, by me, to complain of the lenses (being WRONG) led only to them NEVER replacing the lenses; as they said they did, but rather attempting to deceive me. Problem for them: I went back to my prescribing doctor's office where it was confirmed the lenses had never been changed like Eyemart Express insisted they had been. That led to finally my demanding a full refund, which they at first, balked-at. Then, delayed the refund.My advice? Go to an honest eyeglass establishment, and AVOID Eyemart Express altogether. Dishonest place, completely unprofessional, to say the least.
