they repaired a rock chip in my windshield and it started to run and crack after only one week. When I took it back to show them they said it looked perfect. They don't stand behind their work so I recommend you stay away from this outfit. The manager even became threatening and agitated when all they had to do was fix their failed repair.

I had my truck vandalized. Two door glasses and the windshield. I was so happy the had the parts to fix my truck in stock. They were able to get me in that day which was a relief because the vandals hit my entire nieghborhood. Best part was the price VERY reasonable. They are professionals and I highly recommend them. I'm working out of state for the summer and needed to have the windshield replaced in my Mercedes. After driving by and stopping in a few weeks ago, they assured me that they could replace the glass. Last week I called to schedule a time to have the glass replaced. Since I currently live more than 2 hours away, I could only go on my day off. The morning of my visit I called again to confirm that they had the glass. After driving over 2 hours and leaving my car for a few more, I get a call from Mark, the branch manager, saying that they did not receive the correct glass. I walked back to the shop to find out what was going on. Mark informed me that although they checked and confirmed that they had the correct glass, they did, in fact, not have the correct glass. He offered nothing to me for the inconvenience of a 5 trip that was from his mistake. If you had actually checked to make sure that you had the correct part, I would have a new windshield on my car. At least own up to your mista

I had my car and home vandelized. I had the front and rear door glass broken out. Econo Glass had the parts in stock and got my car repaired the same day. They also came to my house the same day and closed up my broken house window. A couple of days later they had the replacement glass and did a clean professional job. I didn't have insurance so I was please that their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I called to get a quote on a glass replacement on a bay window, Not the whole window, just the glass. I told her the glass size was 31 in X 13 in. I live 60 miles away so I expected some mileage. She quoted me $745.00. I asked if she was kidding. She was not "we have to pay our guys labor and the mileage". I told her that was insane, and said good bye. Way too pricey for me!!!!!!!!!!!

Econo Glass did an excellent job on my home. They are very professional and the quality of the work they did is top notch. I would highly recommend using them for any work at your home.
