I was referred to Darnielle Insurance by a friend of mine, and Frank did not disappoint! From the greeting, to walking me through my options, to saying good bye, it was a complete success! He made everything super easy for me to understand and had no problem answering any question I threw at him. Will DEFINITELY recommend him and this agency to everybody I can!

Frank and Charlotte were excellent to work with. We were having some issues trying to find affordable auto insurance for one of our boys. They worked and worked until they were able to find something that would fit his budget and give him good coverage. Frank and Charlotte were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!!

The people at the office of Darnielle insurance were very friendly. I have a farm so my insurance needs are pretty complicated. I was very happy with the experience of working with them. I highly recommend them if you are in the market of needing insurance.

The people that work in this office are rude, and don't appreciate your business whatsoever. Be careful, because they will "misplace" your payment, and then tell you there is really not a whole lot they can do about it. Absolutely horrible auto insurance experience! I typically do not ever leave negative reviews, but in this case, absolutely felt the need.

When our homeowners insurance premium jumped 40% (with no claims) we decided to shop around. Darnielle Insurance was able to shop several companies to get us great coverage at a lower premium. They combined our auto and homeowners and we actually saved on both premiums. Sure, saving money is always great...but I have to say the service we received (and continue to receive) from Kay has been fabulous. Funny thing...we were with Darnielle several years ago and were talked into moving because a friend was selling insurance. I recall we did have a hail claim with Darnielle in the 80's and it was easy to file the claim and it was no hassle getting it settled. We are so glad to be back and would (and do) recommend them to others.
