Provided by SuperpagesAwful. Scheduled an estimate Friday and cleaning Monday because we were moving out over the weekend. They showed up Friday (we missed them) and they left a note. I called to reschedule the estimate and was told by a very rude women that I missed my cleaning and the tech waited for 45 min. I was very confused when she informed me that I missed a cleaning. We weren't even moved out yet. I apologized and said I must have misunderstood and could we please reschedule for Monday. She said they didn't have anyone available. Then I called two other companies trying to find someone on such short notice, luckily someone did. The next day Brice himself called and accused me of double booking and threatened to charge me for the tech. Wow. Great customer service guys. So rude, I will never work with them again.
