Mark at Back in Time clock repair restored my 200 year old cottage clock. This beauty keeps time perfectly thanks to Marks skills. The clock was not running when I purchased it, but Mark researched it's origin and found it was more primitive than we thought with a wooden movement. Thank you Mark and so glad we have an expert clock maker here in Billings. Renee R

Mark Becker in Billings, Mont., is skilled, kind, and entertaining. After almost 15 years of faithful service, my husband's precious, Hermle Mornington wall clock began stopping every few days or weeks. (It's "precious" because I gave it to him for Christmas in 2005. Ahem)

A Bozeman clock repair guy had no clue. So, on a trip to Billings to visit friends we took the clock into Back In Time. It was like visiting Santa's workshop. Mark fixed the clock by showing me how to set the "beat" of the pendulum. Easy-peasy once you know how.

The clock is back on my home office wall running perfectly. And I'll be able to keep it that way for many more years. He even showed us how to lube it.

We are happy campers.

Called at 3:00, repaired at 3:07, was all thumbs but he walked me through it. Never thought I'd hear the grandfather clock chime again.

We moved to Billings from Bozeman and when I re-hung our cuckoo clock the little bird wouldn't go back in behind his door. I figured the clock probably needed cleaning anyway, so I called these people and when I told about the move, the guy said, "Take off the weights and pendulum..." A long, fun story short, the guy verbally, over the phone, walked me through the process of sorting out the innards of our clock and within about a minute and a half the thing was working just as well as the day it came from the little shop in Austria where our son bought it for us. This guy is great! When our clock needs actual cleaning, you can go to the bank with your bet on where I'm taking it!!

Took my cuckoo clock to Back in Time as the pendulum would come to a stop after a couple minutes. Mark fixed it promptly and alao taught me about the mechanics inside the clock. Very friendly I highly recommend him!

We have taken at least 6 antique clocks to Mark at Back in Time for rebuild and repair. The latest was a 1920"s granddaughter clock. It is so unique. We have never seen one before. The glass was broken and parts missing, now it is chiming away in our home! He did a beautiful job . He is a amazing craftsman. Very reasonably priced also.
