Raising Standards during this Pandamic thing is a priority with many businesses. I know abc seamless has made the necessary adjustments to be able to serve even the most special needs.

My experience with this business is as follows: I manage a Senior Living complex in Cody, WY. ABC Seamless is the company who initially installed the gutters here. We had some wind damage this last winter. I called Larry George who came out and did an estimate and said that they could have it fixed some time the first part of January. I sent ABC a check for the amount of the estimate and it was deposited in their account at the end of December. I have been waiting to get the work done and have made "several" calls to the company because nothing was getting done. All I ever get is "apologies" over the phone and no results...it is now April and I am still waiting to hear from someone and to no avail, I am still waiting. They got my money (I was told by Larry George that I had to pay in advance and this I did) and have not yet done the work and it seems I am being ignored by this company. I most certainly hope that this company does not treat all clientele this way, especially the ones who "pay in advance" for a service that they are expecting to be done in a reasonable time frame.

in regards to your reply, yes they finally (after months) repaired the skylights but only after we insisted they pull them and re install them. the interior of the house WAS NOT repaired and we were definitely not satisfied!!!

Three years ago we hired ABC Seamless. It was the largest mistake we have ever made in the 4 houses we have remodeled. We hired them to put new gutters around our house that summer. They showed up in February in Story, WY, with 3-4 foot of snow on the ground,1-2 foot on the roof and large ice sickles hanging off the roof. We did not hear from anyone until several more phone calls to the Billings office, which were never returned, but eventually someone came at an appropriate time of year. The gutters were put in but never completed. They did not have enough material with them (gutter shields) so they charged us for what was completed, said they would be back and that was the last we heard of them. Once again we attempted to contact the manager several times only to speak with a secretary who assured he would return our calls. We did not hear from him then or when we called to complain and insist they replace the metal trim they ruined bending it to accommodate the gutters which they had evidently cut wrong but made work. Also, we had some leaks which needed repaired. After three years of waiting we are going to contact the better business bureau, hire someone else to put the gutters on correctly, in a timely manner, with an actual voice if we have concerns. Save yourself the aggravation and do not use ABC Seamless out of Billings, MT.

This company is telling you that they are trustworthy and constistently alway there when you need help but they are quite the opposite. This company has now incorrectly installed gutters on my house and garage that all the water goes right out of the gutters and the small drops that do actually get into the gutter are diverted to my garage wall. So now I have gutters that creat a mud pond around my garage. They have not finished the contract terms they agreed to after 8 months of calling them and trying to get them to. So, I have now asked for them to come pick up their gutters from my house and have hired another company to install their new gutters correctly and actually intall leaf protectors since ABC failed to do so which was in the contract. This business is very unprofessional, now accusing me of trying to get free gutters from them. The have very poor craftsmanship, customer service, and we definetely do not want anything to do with this company again.

YES MAM YOUR SKYLIGHTS WERE FIXED AND INTERIOR WAS REDONE ,WE FIXED YOUR PROBLEM TO YOUR STAISFACTION ITS JUST TO BAD YOU HAD TO WRITE SUCH A WRONG REVIEW....

I contracted this company to replace 3 skylights damaged by hail, they installed them incorrectly, and since then have been either unwilling or unable to correct the problem even after being turned in to the Better Business Bureau!!!. Now I have damage to my ceiling caused by a leaking roof, really honestly stay away from them!!!
