Keith has repaired many of our appliances over the years. He very prompt in responding to request of services, very quick to schedule a repair appointment and truly a great guy. He has repaired our refrigerator, our microwave, our dishwasher and today the dryer. His services are reasonably priced.

Keith. Took time out of his busy schedule to handle my issues. Was considerate , kind and full of ideas about all possible solutions. Will keep the the magnet on my fridge to remind me of who to call for appliance repairs.

Keith is awesome! He has diagnosed and worked on my dryer three times! It is old and was time to be maintenanced. He was correct all three times on the parts that needed to be replaced. He is very down to earth, pleasent and knowledgable and very affordable! He is now my only appliance guy in Billings!

He came and spent 15-20 minutes on my dryer. Told me my circuit board was bad. So I order in the part and that was not it. It turned out it is the control panel. But he would have known this if he played with any of the wire to see if there was a shortage. When I called him to ask for my money back cause he did not diagnose the problem. He yelled at me and hung up. He was rude and was unwilling to work with me. I will never be using this guy again.

The technician that came to my home for a dryer repair also fixed my ice maker on my refrigerator. He was polite, honest, cared about his work, affordable and worked around my schedule. He did the repairs fast and double checked his work. I would use him again if I had another problem with a house hold appliance.

Wonderful service! He was here within the hour quick and gave great advice. The repair was quick and affordable and we appreciated it! He also didn't wake the newborn baby! If we could give him 10 stars we would! Thanks a lot!

Keith was very helpful with just a phone call, which lead to him coming to our home the same day. Our fridge was on the fritz, and he was here within a couple of hours. Hard to find such pleasant people to work with these days. He was great. Thanks Keith.
