I contacted Jeff on a Thursday afternoon about my dryer that had stopped working. He was in the middle of a job but said that he normally gets back to his office between 4 and 5 and would call me back to discuss my problem. He contact me just before 5 that night ( I had contacted another repair person who told me the same thing and I have yet to hear back from him). We set an appt for monday and jeff was there on time, had all the parts he needed to fix my dryer readily available in his truck and had it up and operational within 45 minutes. He was very straight forward his prices were very reasonable.

He diagnosed the problem right away and my stove was fixed in a very short time. Very friendly and honest. Will definitely use him again when I need a repairman.

Jeff responded very quickly to my service call for our refrigerator. He diagnosed the probem , made a parts run across town, and finished the repair in less than an hour and a half. He was also very personable. Would definitely use A-1 again and recommend them to anyone.

Just had another excellent experience working with this company and this repairman! He is a very honest, competent, trustworthy craftsman and entrepenuer. He came right out and checked out our electric range's control panel. His honest assessment was very much appreciated. Great Service. Great Value. Great Price. We will never do business with anyone else and will be glad to refer him to others.

I have had several occasions for Jeff to come and fix appliances for both myself and my mother. He's honest and reliable and won't charge for time or parts that aren't necessary. I highly recommend him to everyone!!
