Provided by YPmobileWe moved out 4 months ago and are still being charged for the unit. Apparently the key has gone missing and they cannot close the account until the key is found... Very frustrating. Every time we talk to them, they say that they will look into it and resolve the issue... I never get a call back and next month a new charge... Now I know why when we were looking for a unit in Billings they were the only ones with plenty of space.
