I had my snow blower serviced last year by Imperial and surprising it didn't work this season. Had someone else look at it and they told me that Imperial put 2 belts that were way to big for my particular snow blower which cause more damage to my machine. I agree with the earlier post. Run fast!!!!!!!!

Dont walk run from this guy!!!!!! should have listened to what other landscapers were telling me!!! over priced un nessary repairs totaling 2300.00 !!!! without a phone cal!!!l on a 12 year old mower i brought in for a tune up and tire!!! his excuse was he hadnt paid attention to what his employee was doing to it!!!! lesson learned, listen to what the people in the industry are telling you and learn from their experience.
