Change my oil 3 times. First two time, fine. The third time I was charged $4 more for an extra quart of oil (my engine grew, I guess). The owner and I checked my oil outside in the lot (were it was not the most level place) and it was overfilled by at least a half of quart (or more).

Since it was 5 pm (closing time), he said I could come back the next day and he'd give me my $4 back. I had to return the next day to have him correct his mistake. He then drained too much out, and it was a half quart low, and then asked me, "So, what do you want to do?"

I told him that "I realize that I'm probably a problem customer and all, but all I wanted is that my oil get changed, and it be filled to the FILL line - not below, not above." I asked him if that was asking too much.

He said no, and then filled it to the proper level. He didn't offer to give me the $4 overcharge back - he can have that. But he will NEVER see another of my cars in his shop, nor will I give him a good recommendation to anyone.

The true measure of a businesses "customer service" is how they handle a problem that they caused. For this business, they failed!
