Went in carrying a sony stereo system to see if I could sell. Went toward the left counter where a young guy was standing behind counter. My friend was with me. Stereo was kind of heavy and as I approached the counter, I tripped and fell to the floor. My friend was worried because I had fallen. Turns out the floor has a dramatic rise up, and its all carpeted , so its not very noticeable. Neither the guy or the old woman behind the other counter asked if I was ok. They just stared a me with a blank expression. I wasn't hurt. The guy wasn't interested in buying the stereo, and he asked the woman if she would be interested in buying. Without even looking at me or him, she grunted NO. , so no sense of customer service at all.

Previous review WRONG. The shop is very nice since they have changed locations. They gave me more than a fair price for the jewelry that I sold. Maybe the previous reviewer had junk jewelry. I have gotten really good deal on jewelry, electronics , tools and movies. I also thought that the two(punks) were very nice. Would highly recommend the shop to anyone. :)

Do not recommend at all!!! This place had nothing worth anything in it. 2 young punks with attitude working there. Insulted me with what they offered me for my necklace, I went down the road and got more than double what they offered. I should have know by looking at the outside of the place it was a dive!!!!!!
