Chris was willing and able to provide a solution over the phone to my garage door opening (seemingly) by itself. Following Chris' instructions, I was able to fix the problem. I will definitely use his service again. He was polite and professional, and timely in returning my calls.

Chris saved the day when our tenant couldn't get in her garage to get to work. He explained how to reprogram opener and saved the day. Saved a service call as well. Really nice of him

Chris explained how to resolve a problem with my remote over the phone on a Saturday at no charge. Chris is one of the "good guys."

Chris installed a new opener in our Danvers home four years ago and this morning I encountered problems just as I was trying to leave for work. I called in a panic, explained my problem and Chris assured me he would get there at some point today but requested I answer a few questions first. As it turned out the issue was something very simple that didn't need a service. It is a comfort to do business with this company and I would definitely recommend them. (There are some companies that would have sent someone out and I would have been charged even though a service wasn't needed.)

Chris is a grat guy. He' fixed our Garage opener issue over the phone. He is always willing to help 24 x 7. More than anything he is honest and trustworthy.

Chris is the best - He installed my garage door in 2006. Whenever we call him to fix issues, he is always responsive and candor. Very few people are like Chris. I vouch Chris capability in a heartbeat. You can call him late night or weekend - he ll take care of your issue immediately.

Northshore Overhead door has done a great job taking care of our garage door needs for over 20 years. Most recently, Chris was kind enough to walk me through a repair on my elderly mother's door opener over the phone so that she would'nt have to pay for a service call. I bought a car that needed home-link programming, but forgot how to do it. So I called Chris on Labor Day weekend... this was many years after I had bought a pair of garage doors from him. He took the time to not only walk me through it, but called me back to see if I was successful... all at no charge. That's what I call personal customer service.

Bought a door here a few years ago. Chris gave a very good price and we love the door. I had an issue with the door not shutting recently and he walked me through different things I could do over the phone until the problem was resolved. He could have come for a service call and charged me but he didnt. I am extremely pleased with the door as well as service and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a garage door. LOVE the style of the door too. Get a ton of compliments, it really enhances the look of my house.
